
BIC Advisory advise Kingmoor Park and sit on their Operational Board. The development extends to over 2,000,000 ft2 of industrial, warehouse and office space together with 180 acres of development land.
In 2023, we advised on the development of a new 62,000 ft2 facility and 12 acre vehicle service yard and HGV facility on site for parcel distributor DPD. Advice included initial identification of the enquiry, negotiation of terms and arranging finance for the development. The financing was structured to facilitate a long-term hold strategy for Kingmoor Park Ltd.
